Fuka Robot has established a comprehensive sales and service network within China, and has set up branches and service operation centers in multiple important industrial cities to ensure timely and efficient technical support and services for domestic customers.

At present, we have established 5 domestic service operation centers in Wuhu, Shenzhen, Tianjin, Chongqing, and Wuhan. Each center is equipped with a professional technical team and sufficient spare parts inventory, which can provide comprehensive technical support, product maintenance, and troubleshooting services for local and surrounding customers.

These service operation centers are not only responsible for product sales and technical support, but also undertake important functions such as market research, customer demand collection, and technical training.
